t's easy to believe that having a builder take on the task of building your new home will be more expensive. This belief, is misconception number one. Purchasing a pre-built home can actually be more expensive, especially if the house is not exactly what you want. How many times have you purchased a home and immediately began painting, landscaping, and other remodeling? Take that and add in realtor fees, and you could be paying as much as 8 to 10 percent more for home that didn't meet your needs in the first place.
he second misconception is that the construction process can take too long and you'll be paying a construction loan along with your current mortage. DeGabriel Construction has the resources that will assist you in obtaining the right loan and structuring the building process to run smoothly and quickly. For more infomation, take a look at the "DeProcess" page.
"We have prided ourselves in that we are truly a Custom Builder giving you value, upgraded products not always visible, and many choices and opportunities to select the items in your new home. We try to make the building process a happy and exciting experience. Custom building should not be an experience where every change should entail an upcharge. Even better, the majority of our clients are past clients and referrals. Purchasing a home is a large investment that we don't take for granted. We want to protect your investment and our reputation by building a home above the competition that will last for generations."
